A little break from fashion week photos with some taken in paris a few weeks back.. I've been wearing these boots almost every day... never knew I needed them so bad until I picked up this one pair in a parisian vintage shop.. fitted like a glove and the nice lady in the shop said a lot of things in french that I didn't understand but she smiled a lot and occasionally applauded. I guess it would have been out of place to walk out empty handed. The real reason being I knew I would have regretted it if I didn't go for it and in my head I was already making excuses like 'they found you... it's meant to be.. you always wanted these..' I could go on forever but you get the point.

FUN VEGAS VIDEO!

Dylana and I put together a video covering our entire Vegas trip at the WWD Magic/Teen Vogue convention! We brought our flip cam with us and took a bunch of clips throughout our stay. I couldn't have asked for a better Vegas trip. It was such a fun, wild adventure that involved amazing clothes, lots of food, and plenty of dancing. Featured in the video are my favorite blog twins, Rebecca of Style with Benefits and Melanie of Wrecked Stellar, as well as Elim Chu of The Style Seen, and Jazzi McG. LFW - neon details

In the hopes of trying to manage all my fashion week photos and having time to post them before I get bored, I divided them up a bit... streetstylewise there was a lot of color and surprisingly much neon - quite amazing for a freezing week in february but defiantly refreshing..

Outfit Crush

I stumbled upon this image the other day and I am obsessed with it. It's librarian chic on the bottom (long wool skirt, tights, and ballet flats) yet very 50's Grease Lightning rockabilly on the top (rocker tee, worn in denim jacket, cat eye sunglasses, and leather gloves). With the gorgeous plum lip, can this outfit get any cooler? A perfect ensemble mixing classic and edgy pieces. I. Want. It.

Orange Red

(Vintage coat, H&M sweater, Threadsence skirt, BCBG boots)

I need something to lift my spirits in the midst of this rainy and gloomy weather we have been having and so I have been pulling a lot of color from my wardrobe. I'm currently obsessed with a burnt orange red shade against darker tones. It just pops. I'm looking for an awesome pair of bright pink or red pants. Know where I can come a pair?! Going anywhere outside sounds dreadful right now because of the chill and rain clouds hovering overhead. This weather is getting on my last nerve. My house is freezing and I never really feel like getting dressed, but rather staying bundled up indoors with a huge wool blanket. Sun, COME BACK. Yet I shouldn't be complaining. Next week, I'm heading over to Seattle for a shoot, where I hear it is currently snowing/raining cats and dogs. But I'm still SUPER excited to visit a city that is totally new to me. For now, I'm off to my agency for a little meet n greet all while desperately craving a Chipotle burrito and vintage shopping. Ciao!

P.S. I've been getting so many emails regarding the lipstick shade I always wear. It's Plum Perfect by Maybelline. Seriously, it's like $5 at the drugstore and the most amazing shade ever!
